INSPIRED Fall 2017
Welcome to FMSS' new quarterly newsletter, INSPIRED! FMSS specializes in food and beverage innovation - innovation that is inspired by global culinary and demographic trends, sensory insights, and consumer preferences. Through our unique discovery process, a process that utilizes a combination of descriptive sensory and consumer insight, we create inspired product models that guide the strategic design of our client's products. Strategic design modeling leads to consumer acceptance and long term success.
The purpose of our quarterly newsletters is to provide updates on FMSS, creative ideas and education on our process, as well as inspiration for the success of your business.

Featured Service: Sensory at the Source™
Whether you work in CPG or foodservice, gathering sensory data on freshly prepared foods in the marketplace can be logistically challenging. Yet, this competency is an essential component of in-market consumer understanding. FMSS has perfected the art of the "on-site challenge" with our unique mobile sensory lab, Sensory at the Source™. This innovative, nimble approach enables our clients to gain in-market, at-the-source, competitive intelligence via descriptive product profiles. The FMSS highly trained and calibrated team of master tasters regularly hits the road and travels across the US, profiling products in support of our client's Innovation, R&D, and QA initiatives. Learn more about our sensory competencies by visiting Our Website or Contact Us to discuss your objectives and learn about our customized solutions for your business needs.
To all of our clients, trend and research partners, and other members of our food and beverage community, thank you for your continued interest in FMSS. We hope this email finds you well, and enjoying this beautiful Fall of 2017. Cheers to your continued success!
